The JPW Teacher Training Center offers a 2-year training course in Academic Language Therapy, using Take Flight: A Comprehensive Intervention for Students with Dyslexia, developed at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas, Texas. The prerequisite to begin this training is a bachelor’s degree.

If an organization/district has 15 or more* individuals who need training offered through the JPW Learning Center, the JPW Learning Center staff can come to you. Please call the office, at 325-655-2331, to learn more about trainings that can be offered.
*Due to the rising costs of fuel, 15 teachers will be required to be enrolled in a training before our staff can travel to your district.
