This is a 4-course meal prepared by the staff at Bentwood Country club using recipes from the featured Cookbook Recipes from the Raw  with cocktails from the cookbook or wine accompaniment with each course.

The Cook Book being showcased during the evening meal is Recipes from the Raw by Lisa Curry and John Allison. Each course is prepared from recipes found in this book.

Course 1: Bruschetta with the cocktail French 99
Course 2: Caesar Salad, with parmesan crisps, Italina Gruyere Croutons paired with a white wine
Course 3: Chicken breast with John’s Red Wine Sauce, Salt-Roasted Potatoes and zucchini squash paired with red wine
Course 4: Truffle-Filled Cookie Tart paired with an Old Fashion Cocktail

This beautiful cookbook will be available for sale at the cookbook gala.
