The JPW Gala is a four-course meal prepared by Chef Ali De La Fuente of Bentwood Country Club

Cocktail Hour: 6-7p.m.

$150/seat
$1,200/table for 8

The Evening Menu:

Course #1: Bourbon Pecan Brie Bites

Course #2: Watermelon salad with cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, mint and parsley served with a vinaigrette dressing and jalapeno corn bread.

Course #3: Cajun steak bites, fresh corn grits, and black-eyed peas

Course #4: Fredericksburg peach cobbler

All courses will be accompanied by a wine from the Christoval Vineyard located in Christoval, Texas
